Who we are

ImoEconometrics is an independent consultancy specialising in market research, real estate finance and valuation. We combine rigorous analysis with market knowledge to support real estate investment and development decisions.

Established in 2005, we work with investors, developers, financial institutions and public-sector organisations. We collaborate closely with each client to create value, assess opportunities and improve decision-making in complex, competitive property markets.
